Cedric the Entertainer replaces Meredith Vieira on ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’

Cedric Kyles, aka Cedric the Entertainer, is replacing Meredith Vieira as host of Disney’s syndicated game show, “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” CtE may not seem the most likely replacement for Vieira, who has hosted the show since its launch as a syndicated weekday program in 2002; she’s leaving at the end of this TV season.
